This policy explains what personal information Padel Lessons Gozo (Jack, operating as a sole trader in Gozo, Malta) collects, why, and how it's handled. This site is small and personally run, this policy is written to be genuinely readable, not to bury things in legal boilerplate.

When you book a lesson or sign the participant waiver, the following may be collected:

• Your name and phone number
• An emergency contact (optional)
• A fitness/health declaration relevant to taking part in physical activity safely
• Messages sent via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger

Why it's collected

Purely to run lessons safely and reliably: to contact you about bookings, to understand any health considerations relevant to a padel lesson, and to have a record of consent to participate.

Who it's shared with

It isn't sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Messages sent via WhatsApp or Facebook are handled under Meta's own privacy terms, since those are Meta's platforms, not this website's. This site is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard technical data (like IP addresses) as part of serving the page, under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any visitor tracking.

How long information is kept

Waiver and booking information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for ongoing lessons, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do this, just message via WhatsApp or Facebook.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top will change accordingly.
