These terms cover booking and taking part in a lesson with Padel Lessons Gozo (Jack), in Victoria, Gozo. By booking a lesson, you're agreeing to these terms.

Bookings

Lessons are booked directly via WhatsApp or Facebook message. Court hire at the Gozo Sports Complex is booked and paid for separately, by you, directly with the complex.

Payment and lesson packs

Single lessons and 5-lesson packs are paid for as agreed at the time of booking. Lesson packs are non-refundable once purchased. Individual sessions within a pack can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, illness or genuine emergencies are handled sensibly and in good faith.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give as much notice as you can via WhatsApp. Repeated late cancellations may affect flexibility on rescheduling.

Assumption of risk and waiver

Padel carries a normal risk of injury, as with any physical sport. Before your first lesson, you'll be asked to read and confirm a short participant waiver, which sets out this risk more fully and must be completed before taking part.

Participants under 18

A parent or legal guardian must read, complete, and sign the waiver on behalf of any participant under 18, and remains responsible for the participant's fitness to take part.

Conduct

Lessons are a shared, respectful space. Please arrive on time, follow the coach's safety instructions, and treat the court, equipment, and other players with care.

Liability

Padel Lessons Gozo is not responsible for injuries or losses arising from the normal risks of playing padel, except where caused by the coach's proven negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
